The Well SIGNATURE

Our signature reformer experience.

A slow, intentional strength-building class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge your entire body. Expect controlled movements, deep core activation, and intelligent sequencing that builds heat without losing alignment.

Perfect for all levels. Options are always offered so you can progress at your own pace.

This is the foundation of The Well.

The Well SCULPT

Our most athletic offering.

Faster transitions. Heavier springs. Higher intensity.

Designed for clients who want to sweat, push their limits, and build serious strength. This class moves with purpose and precision — expect power planks, standing work, and endurance-driven sequences.

Best suited for intermediate to advanced clients.

Come ready to work.

The Well RESTORE

Strength meets restoration.

A low-impact, alignment-focused reformer class emphasizing mobility, breathwork, and nervous system reset. Perfect for recovery days, prenatal/postpartum, or anyone seeking a more grounded experience.

This is where clinical wellness meets Pilates.

Move gently. Leave stronger.

The Well INTRO

New to reformer Pilates? This is where you begin.

The Well Intro is a slower-paced, technique-focused class designed to be taken only one time to teach you the foundations of reformer movement. You’ll learn proper spring settings, carriage control, core engagement, and alignment — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Expect hands-on guidance, clear instruction, and plenty of time to ask questions.

This class builds confidence so you can walk into any Signature class feeling prepared and empowered.

Strong starts here.
